Residential students studying at Urshan College will be housed in one of our two residence halls. 

Residence Hall at Building C on Apostolic Way

  • Newly renovated 2019/2020
  • Inside rooms are roughly 204 Sq Ft and have a larger walk-in closet
  • Outside rooms are roughly 156 Sq Ft and have a window
  • Single and double occupancy rooms are available*
  • All rooms have independent heating and cooling
  • Communal restrooms and shower rooms
  • Lounge areas on every floor
  • Laundry facilities are available on every floor
  • Separate prayer rooms for men and women
  • Vending and Ice Machines are available on each floor
  • Lit walking path to Main Campus Building A
  • Plenty of parking

*Single rooms are not an option for initial residency unless 21 or over. If single occupancy is medically necessary, per a physician’s recommendation, a discount on the Single Occupancy rate may be given. However, the proper documentation must be submitted to the Admissions Office prior to requesting a room. All information submitted will be subject to availability and approval by the Office of the Dean of Student Services.

  • Rooms are roughly 360 Sq Ft
  • Single and double occupancy rooms are available*
  • Bathroom in each room
  • All rooms have independent heating and cooling
  • Laundry facilities are available on every floor
  • Separate prayer rooms for men and women
  • Large student lounge in lobby
  • Vending and Ice Machines are available on each floor
  • Less than one mile from the main campus
  • Plenty of parking

*Single rooms are not an option for freshmen, unless 21+. If single occupancy is medically necessary, per a physician’s recommendation, the proper documentation must be submitted to the Admissions Office prior to requesting a room. All information submitted will be subject to availability and approval by the Office of the Dean of Student Services.

Any student who is 25 years of age or older as of August 1, will not be allowed to live in
undergraduate housing. The student will be placed in Graduate housing if they choose to live
on-campus. All undergraduate rules will apply1. These students will be charged the single-room
rate.

All undergraduate students will not be allowed access to graduate floors. All graduate students
will not be allowed access to undergraduate floors.
